Appointment Reservation and Payment Terms:
Please ensure that you carefully review and understand these payment terms before proceeding with your appointment reservation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing you with our services.
1. Appointment Reservation:
In order to reserve your desired appointment time, full payment is required. This ensures that your chosen time slot is secured exclusively for you and allows us to allocate the necessary resources for your service. Additionally, please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a suitable parking spot is available in front of their vehicle, driveway, or carport at the scheduled service time. Failure to acknowledge this requirement after placing an order for any of the following packages will result in a $50 fee. This fee covers the planning involved, the time allocated, and any travel distance incurred by our service providers. It is important to note that this fee does not correspond with either our cancellation or reschedule policy and is non-refundable. In addition, to ensure a smooth and efficient detailing service, we kindly request that you empty your vehicle of personal belongings prior to our arrival. This includes items such as loose change, jewelry, documents, car seats/covers, recycling, and any other miscellaneous objects as we are not held responsible any of belongings. By doing so, we can complete the detail within the allotted time slot of your choice, ensuring a thorough and satisfactory job. Belongings small enough will be grouped together in a brown paper bag provided by Aroyal Detailing and is typically placed in the trunk of the vehicle for safekeeping. Please note that we are not responsible for any items, including but not limited to previous damage, side mirrors, bike racks, rear spoilers, front lips, front and rear wipers, wheel covers, and any aftermarket items installed on the exterior or interior of the vehicle. It is recommended, though not mandatory, to conduct a walkthrough of the vehicle with the (customer) to identify any pre-existing damage or flaws before commencing the detailing process. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
a.)"Appointments for 7AM & 9AM cannot be made on the day of the appointment, as there would not be sufficient time for planning. These appointments must be scheduled no later than 10PM on the previous day of the detail.
For appointment times 10AM and later, the appointment can be made on the day of the service, but must be scheduled at least 2 hours in advance. For example, a 10AM Arroyo Package Detail must be scheduled by 8AM at the latest. If the appointment is not scheduled by this time, your selected time slot will be canceled. However, if there are no other appointments scheduled around your selected time slot, we may contact you to see if you would like to reschedule before canceling your appointment."
2. Payment Methods:
We accept various forms of payment, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, electronic bank transfers, and cash. Details regarding accepted payment methods will be provided during the appointment booking process.
3. Custom Invoices:
If you require a custom invoice for payment, please notify us in advance, and we will be happy to assist you. However, it is important to note that even with a custom invoice, full payment is still required to reserve your appointment time.
4. Failure to Pay:
In the event of non-payment or failure to complete the payment process, your desired appointment time will be automatically terminated. We will not be able to hold or guarantee your appointment slot until full payment is received.
5. Scope of Services:
Our mobile car detailing services are designed to enhance the appearance and cleanliness of your vehicle. We strive to provide the highest quality service possible, using professional-grade equipment and techniques. However, it is important to note that the effectiveness and outcome of our services may vary depending on the condition of your vehicle, its age, previous maintenance, and other factors beyond our control.
6. Vehicle Condition:
By utilizing our mobile car detailing services, you acknowledge that your vehicle is in a reasonable state of repair and free from any major mechanical or structural issues. Our services are intended for cosmetic purposes only and are not a substitute for comprehensive mechanical repairs, bodywork, or restoration. We reserve the right to refuse service or modify our offerings if we determine that your vehicle requires specialized attention beyond the scope of our detailing services.
7. Limitations and Liability:
While we take utmost care in performing our mobile car detailing services, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur to your vehicle during the process. This includes, but is not limited to, scratches, dents, paint swirls, or any other unintended results. We recommend that you remove any valuable or delicate items from your vehicle prior to our service. By choosing to use our services, you agree to release us from any liability for damages that may occur during or after the detailing process.
8. Environmental Considerations:
We are committed to using eco-friendly and water-efficient practices in our mobile car detailing services. However, we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any environmental impacts that may result from our services, such as water runoff, chemical disposal, or other ecological concerns. We encourage you to provide us with access to appropriate drainage facilities and to inform us of any specific environmental regulations or requirements in your area.
9. Pricing and Payment:
Our pricing for mobile car detailing services is based on various factors, including the size, type, and condition of your vehicle. While we strive to provide accurate and competitive pricing, we reserve the right to adjust our rates without prior notice. Payment for services rendered is due upon arrival; may be collected at completion if Owner approves, and we accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, or electronic transfers.
10. Customer Satisfaction & Photo Policy:
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to provide exceptional service. If you have any concerns or issues regarding our mobile car detailing services, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion, and we will make every effort to address your concerns. As part of our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction, we kindly inform you that we will be capturing photographs of your vehicle before and after the detailing process. These photographs serve as a visual reference to highlight the transformative effects of our services and enable us to demonstrate the quality of our work to our prospective clients. Furthermore, we may share these photographs on our social media platforms and website to showcase our expertise and build trust with our online audience. We assure you that your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we will never disclose any personal information or license plate numbers along with the images. These products are intended to provide potential benefits in these areas, but it is important to note that their usage and effectiveness may vary depending on individual vehicles and driving conditions.
By choosing to use our fuel additives and add-ons, you acknowledge and accept that any potential benefits or consequences resulting from their usage are solely your responsibility. We strongly advise customers to carefully review the instructions and guidelines provided with each product and to assess their suitability for their specific vehicle and needs. It is also recommended to consult with a qualified automotive professional or refer to the manufacturer's recommendations before using any fuel additives.

12. Car Wash Policy:
1. Our car wash service includes exterior cleaning and a quick interior vacuum.
2. Exterior cleaning involves washing the exterior surfaces of the vehicle.
3. Quick interior vacuuming is limited to accessible areas and does not involve moving small or miscellaneous items inside the vehicle.
4. Customers are advised to remove any valuable items from the vehicle before the wash.
5. It's important to note that our car wash service is designed to provide a general clean and is not a detailed cleaning service.
6. While we take care to provide a thorough wash, we are not responsible for any items left inside the vehicle during the cleaning process.
7. Customers should keep in mind that this service is intended to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle's exterior and provide a basic interior vacuuming.
8. For a more detailed interior cleaning, customers are encouraged to inquire about our detailing services.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
1. Cancellation:
a) If you cancel your appointment between 1 to 2 days prior to the scheduled date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of your payment.
b) If you cancel your appointment between 3 to 6 days prior to the scheduled date, you will be eligible for a 75% refund of your payment.
c) If you cancel your appointment seven days or more prior to the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund of your payment.

d) Matte Vehicles: We do not provide exterior detailing services for matte vehicles. However, we are still able to detail the interior of your vehicle to our highest standards. Please note that if an exterior detail of a matte vehicle is scheduled despite this disclaimer, it will result in an automatic cancellation, subject to our cancellation policy outlined above. This applies even if we have already traveled to the customer's location or not.
2. Rescheduling:
Rescheduling Policy: In order to ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate our customers' needs, we have implemented a rescheduling policy. Should you require a change in your appointment date, we kindly request that you notify us at least seven days in advance. Please be advised that a rescheduling fee of 5% of the service cost will be applied to cover administrative expenses. This fee will be payable at the time of rescheduling. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, but we kindly ask for your cooperation in providing us with sufficient notice. Should you need to reschedule within seven days of your appointment, please note that the fee will still apply. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy, as it enables us to maintain a high level of service for all our valued customers. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to inclement weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. - Refunds will be issued within 5 days after the cancellation request is received.
- The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
- Any discounts or promotional offers applied during the initial booking may not be applicable to the rescheduled appointment.
